What is the difference between RPO and direct hire?

RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) is a flat monthly retainer ($2,999/month) covering up to 3 concurrent roles with no per-hire fee. Best for ongoing hiring needs. Direct Hire (Free Trial/Agency Model) is pay on successful placement only, fee quoted per engagement, no retainer. Both provide the same shortlist speed, credential verification, and 90-day guarantee.

Do you place temp or contract workers?

No, never. GlobalCybers is a permanent placement agency only. Every hire goes directly onto the employer's payroll as a full-time employee. We do not place temporary workers, contract staff, gig workers, or temp-to-hire candidates. This is a core part of our service model and cannot be accommodated as an exception.

Which states do you cover?

All States & Cities. Our deepest active market coverage is in Texas, Illinois, California, New York, Florida, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona. We also regularly place across the Gulf Coast, Mountain West, and Midwest. State and city-specific staffing pages are available for our 20 primary markets.

How are credentials verified?

Every credential on every shortlist is verified directly against the issuing authority before delivery. State licences are checked against state licensing boards (TDLR, CSLB, DOB, etc.). Federal certifications are confirmed with the issuing agency (DOL for OSHA, EPA for 608, NCCCO registry for crane). Work authorisation is confirmed on every candidate. An unverified candidate never appears on a shortlist.

What happens if a placement doesn't work out?

Every placement, RPO or Direct Hire, carries a 90-day written replacement guarantee. If the hire leaves or is let go within 90 days for any reason, GlobalCybers sources and delivers a free replacement candidate at no additional fee. This is written into every service agreement.

Can we cancel our RPO subscription?

Yes. RPO requires 30 days' written notice to cancel, there's no long-term lock-in beyond that notice period. Direct Hire (Free Trial/Agency Model) has no subscription to cancel; you only pay a fee when you accept a candidate.

How fast will we receive candidates after submitting a brief?

Your first verified shortlist of 3–5 candidates arrives within 48 hours of your brief being confirmed. You interview and choose; we handle sourcing and screening.
