How much does it cost to hire?+
The free trial is exactly that, free until you hire. Our per-hire fee is quoted per role based on seniority and industry (typically 12–20% of first-year salary). The RPO model is a flat $2,999/mo for up to 3 concurrent roles, far below the cost of an in-house recruiter.
What does "verified" actually mean?+
Before a candidate reaches your portal we confirm: active state licenses (electrician, plumber, RN, PE, CDL etc.), OSHA cards, trade certifications, and right-to-work status. No unverified profiles, ever.
What does the 90-day guarantee cover?+
If a placed candidate leaves or is let go within 90 days for reasons covered under our agreement, we replace the hire at no additional fee. This applies to both the per-hire and RPO models.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?+
No contract for the free trial meanwhile Agreement will be there, you only pay when you hire. The RPO model has a 6-month minimum given the dedicated resource commitment. Both models include a dedicated account manager from day one.
How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed?+
Job boards give you 100s of unscreened applicants. We give you 3–5 verified, credential-checked candidates who are actively open to your specific role, salary range, and location, with a dedicated account manager and our AI owning the search end to end.
What exactly do I need to set up?+
A 5-minute profile: your role, years of experience, licenses or certifications, target salary, preferred location, and your career intent (Open to Work, Switch, Selective, or Advancement). or resume required to get all above details, just the facts employers need.
"Stay private", from whom exactly?+
Your name, employer history, and contact details are never visible to employers until YOU decide to engage with a specific match. Your current employer cannot find your profile. You are searchable only by our internal AI matching system and Recruiter, not publicly indexed.
What happens after I'm matched?+
You receive a notification (email, Whatsapp or in-app) with the matched role details and employer info. You review it privately and decide whether to engage. If yes, your recruiter introduces you to the employer, you never cold-apply or send a resume unsolicited.
How long until I hear from an employer?+
90% of professionals receive their first employer match within 7 days of setting their intent. Most hear within 48 hours. Timeline depends on your role, location, and intent level, Open to Work matches fastest.
Is it really free? What's the catch?+
No sign-up fees, subscriptions, or placement commissions. Every professional is supported by a dedicated recruiter and AI for career guidance and advancement. Get placed through our platform, and we'll cover your new or renewal license and certification fees.
