What is the minimum engagement?
Six months at $2,999/month, billed monthly. There is no setup fee or onboarding cost. After the six-month minimum, you can continue month-to-month or cancel with 30 days notice.
What does "up to 6 concurrent roles" mean?
At any given time, GlobalCybers is actively sourcing for up to 6 open roles within your account. If you fill one and open a new one, the count resets. Over a 12-month engagement, most clients fill significantly more than 6 total hires — the limit is concurrent open requisitions, not total placements.
How do you verify credentials?
Every candidate on a shortlist has their required credentials verified against the issuing authority before delivery — state licensing boards (e.g. TDLR for Texas electricians), federal certification bodies (e.g. DOL for OSHA 30), and professional associations (e.g. PTCB for pharmacy techs). We also confirm current work authorization status. Unverified candidates never appear on a shortlist.
Do you place temporary or contract workers?
No. GlobalCybers places permanent, full-time direct-hire employees only. We do not provide temp staffing, temp-to-hire, or contract workers. If you need temp labor, we can refer you to appropriate partners.
What industries do you not work in?
We do not place IT professionals — no software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, cybersecurity, or tech roles. We also do not place C-suite executives. Our speciality is the 538 non-IT role types across 18 industries listed on this page.
What if we need more than 6 roles at once?
