All employment and placement decisions — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, referral, hiring, compensation, classification, training, promotion, and termination — are made on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need. We do not tolerate discrimination against any employee, applicant, or candidate.
Consistent with U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) requirements and applicable federal, state, and local law, GlobalCybers prohibits discrimination and harassment on the basis of any legally protected characteristic, including:

This statement applies to all aspects of GlobalCybers’ own employment relationships and to every candidate we source, screen, and present to employers through our permanent-placement staffing services. It governs conduct by our staff, recruiters, and vendors acting on our behalf. It also states the standard we expect of the employers who engage us.
We present candidates to employers based solely on job-related qualifications for the role at hand, never on any protected characteristic. We will not accept or act on a client instruction to screen candidates in a discriminatory way. Employers who engage GlobalCybers are independently responsible for complying with all applicable equal-opportunity and non-discrimination laws in their own hiring decisions, and we expect them to do so. See our Trust & Compliance page for how EEO, I-9/E-Verify, and background-screening obligations are handled across a placement.
GlobalCybers provides reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities and to sincerely held religious beliefs and practices, in accordance with the ADA and applicable law, unless doing so would cause undue hardship.
