Section 1

Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of globalcybers.com and all associated services provided by GlobalCybers LLC ("GlobalCybers", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company incorporated in Illinois with its principal office at 159 N. Sangamon Suite 200, Chicago, IL 60607.

By registering as a job seeker, submitting an employer brief, or otherwise using GlobalCybers, you agree to these Terms. If you are using GlobalCybers on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms were last updated June 17, 2026. Continued use of GlobalCybers after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 2

Job Seeker Terms

Free platform — no fees to job seekers, ever

GlobalCybers is completely free for job seekers. We do not charge registration fees, subscription fees, placement fees, or any other fees to individuals seeking employment through our platform. GlobalCybers earns revenue exclusively from employers through the RPO retainer described in Section 3.

Accuracy of information

You represent that all information you provide in your profile — including name, work authorization status, credentials, license numbers, years of experience, and resume — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant licensing authority.

Consent to credential verification

By registering as a job seeker and listing credentials on your profile, you authorize GlobalCybers to verify those credentials against the issuing authority databases listed in Section 7. Verification results are used solely for the purpose of presenting you accurately to employers.

Profile privacy and employer contact

Your profile, resume, and contact information will not be shared with any employer without your explicit approval for that specific match. You may decline any match at any time without affecting your access to GlobalCybers.

Credential fee coverage

GlobalCybers may, at its discretion, cover the cost of credential renewals for active candidates. This benefit is conditional on maintaining an active candidate profile and engaging in good faith with the matching process. GlobalCybers reserves the right to modify or discontinue this benefit with 30 days' notice.

Section 3

Employer Terms

Employers access GlobalCybers under an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) engagement governed by these Terms and any separate Employer Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an Employer Service Agreement, the Employer Service Agreement prevails.

Employer eligibility

Employers must be legally registered businesses operating in the United States. All roles posted must be genuine, permanent, full-time, direct-hire employment opportunities — not temporary, contract, project-based, or staffing agency placement positions.

per month · minimum 6-month engagement
Up to 6 concurrent open roles
No per-hire fee — ever
48-hour initial shortlist
90-day replacement guarantee

Payment terms

The RPO retainer is billed monthly in advance on the first day of each calendar month. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. Accepted payment methods: ACH bank transfer, wire transfer, or corporate credit card (3% processing fee applies to card payments).

Late payment

Overdue invoices accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum) from the due date. GlobalCybers reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances more than 15 days overdue.

Minimum engagement period

The standard minimum engagement is 6 months ($17,994 minimum commitment). Early termination before the 6-month minimum results in the full remaining minimum commitment becoming immediately due. After the minimum period, either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

No per-hire fee

GlobalCybers expressly does not charge a per-hire placement fee under the RPO engagement. The flat monthly retainer is the complete fee for all placements made during the engagement period.

Price changes

GlobalCybers will provide 60 days' written notice before any change to the monthly retainer amount. Existing employers in active engagements are grandfathered at their contracted rate for the duration of their current minimum engagement period.

Section 5

90-Day Replacement Guarantee

If a candidate placed by GlobalCybers leaves or is terminated within 90 days of their start date, GlobalCybers will deliver a replacement shortlist of pre-screened, credential-verified candidates at no additional charge.

Conditions

What the guarantee covers

The 90-day replacement guarantee covers: voluntary resignation by the placed worker within 90 days, termination for performance within 90 days, and failure to start after offer acceptance. It does not cover: termination for misconduct (theft, fraud, violence), layoffs due to employer business changes, or situations where the employer modified the role post-offer.

Section 6

Non-Circumvention

Employers agree not to directly contact, hire, engage, or otherwise circumvent GlobalCybers with respect to any candidate introduced to the employer through GlobalCybers for a period of 24 months from the date of introduction.

If an employer hires a GlobalCybers-introduced candidate outside of the RPO engagement within this 24-month period, the employer agrees to pay GlobalCybers a placement fee equal to 20% of the candidate's first-year base salary as liquidated damages.

This non-circumvention clause survives termination of the RPO engagement.

Section 7

Credential Verification — Scope and Limitations

GlobalCybers verifies candidate credentials against publicly available licensing authority databases. Credential verification is provided as a service to employers to reduce the risk of presenting unqualified candidates. However, GlobalCybers makes no warranty that:

Credential verification is a due-diligence tool, not a guarantee of employee qualifications or fitness for a specific role.

Section 11

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It requires binding arbitration of most disputes and includes a class action waiver for employer disputes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois for any matter not subject to arbitration.

Mandatory arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or GlobalCybers services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Chicago, Illinois.

The arbitrator's award is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party in arbitration is entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and arbitration costs.

Class action waiver (employers)

Employer users agree to resolve disputes with GlobalCybers on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in any class action, collective arbitration, or representative proceeding against GlobalCybers.

30-day informal resolution requirement

Before initiating arbitration, the complaining party must provide written notice of the dispute to GlobalCybers (legal@globalcybers.com) and allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution.

Section 12

Termination

By GlobalCybers

GlobalCybers may terminate or suspend any account — employer or job seeker — immediately and without notice for: material breach of these Terms, misrepresentation of credentials or identity, payment default (employers, after 15 days), or any conduct that GlobalCybers determines in its reasonable discretion to be harmful to the platform or its users.

By employer

Employers may terminate their RPO engagement with 30 days' written notice after the minimum engagement period. Early termination (before 6 months) results in the remaining minimum commitment becoming immediately due as described in Section 4.

By job seeker

Job seekers may close their account at any time via account settings or by contacting privacy@globalcybers.com. See the Privacy Policy for data deletion and retention details.

Effect of termination

Termination does not relieve employers of outstanding payment obligations, non-circumvention obligations (Section 6 survives termination for 24 months), or any claims GlobalCybers may have arising before termination.

Section 13

Changes to These Terms

GlobalCybers may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of material changes by email to registered users and by posting the updated Terms at globalcybers.com/terms/.

Continued use of GlobalCybers after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you object to any change, your sole remedy is to terminate your account before the effective date.

Section 14
