Baltimore-Columbia-Towson at $138,110, then Hagerstown-Martinsburg at $136,970, Salisbury at $133,480 and Lexington Park at $133,340 — under five thousand dollars across the state. The Washington suburbs are counted inside the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria multi-state metro rather than as a Maryland area.
