The band runs $39,960 at the 10th percentile to $85,290 at the 90th, which is very wide for an entry-level clinical role: private and volunteer-supplemented services occupy the bottom, career municipal and federal services the top.

Lexington Park at $68,160, and it is not close — Baltimore-Columbia-Towson publishes $48,330, Salisbury $42,670 and Hagerstown-Martinsburg $37,840. Lexington Park is St Mary's County, home to Naval Air Station Patuxent River, and federal and contractor emergency services there pay on national rather than local scales.
